Halfway through my time at Wellesley, I realized I wanted to pursue my childhood dream of working on the US space program. With no formal engineering or physics background at the time, I dived headfirst into space research and industry and have not looked back since. Since then, I have worked for NASA and Boeing and am currently studying bioengineering with a research focus in space life support systems at a top-ranked graduate school. Wellesley gave me the strength to believe that this outlandish dream was achievable, as well as the intellectual training to prepare me for anything I wanted to pursue.
