I was an economics major in the mid-1960's. During my senior year I learned that several classmates I liked and admired were aiming for law school. Prof. Carolyn Shaw Bell encouraged me in this direction as well. I took the LSAT, did well, and as they say, the rest is history. Being a Wellesley lawyer resulted in fine job opportunities and extraordinary friendships with Wellesley women in Washington, DC and Maine. It opened multiple doors -- my 47-year legal career has been wonderfully rewarding. (1942-2016; WCAA board of directors, 2015-2016)
