The liberal arts education prepares a woman for almost any experience and opportunity that may come along in life. With a degree in economics, I ended up as a weapons experimentalist at the Los Alamos National Lab, and later worked as a pastoral administrator at a church. Neither position was directly related to my degree, but I had the confidence that I had the skills and background to grow into new and very different work situations.
